TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING
Born from the Navy SEALs, TRX suspension training incorporates bodyweight exercises to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool, to leverage gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
MAT PILATES
Pilates is a conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, controlled breathing, developing a strong core/center, and improving coordination and balance. Mat Pilates classes allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty, from beginners to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body becomes conditioned and adapts to the exercises.

STRENGTH RESISTANCE TRAINING
Maintaining muscle is extremely important and necessary for everyone. As we age our body loses nearly a half pound of muscle per year, starting around the age of thirty. Strength training prevents muscle loss, helps control weight, and can even build bone density. Weight training stimulates muscle improvement, not only through the use of free weights (such as barbells and dumbbells) and weight machines but also through using your own body weight and resistance bands.
