Greetings, my name is Alma Herman, and I'm a certified fitness instructor specializing in Spinning, TRX Suspension Training, Pilates, and Insanity workouts. I currently reside in the beautiful city of Miami Beach, but I've had the pleasure of teaching classes in various locations, including New York City, Mexico, and Panama, where I owned my own fitness studio.

My classes are mostly Pilates-based, focused on enhancing your flexibility, balance, and core strength while giving you a toned body. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I'm confident in my ability to help you achieve your fitness goals in a fun and safe manner.
